Attorney Procida worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Essex County from 1995 until 2002.
In 2002, Attorney Procida went into private practice opening her own Boston law office located at 11 Beacon Street, Suite 1230, Boston, MA 02108 where she expanded her criminal law background to include civil litigation. She practices regularly in the Trial Courts of Massachusetts including the District, Superior, Housing, and Probate and Family Courts. She also regularily practices before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
As an Assistant District Attorney, Ms. Procida served as the Supervisor of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office located at the Lynn District Court and the domestic violence unit located at the Lawrence District Court. Ms. Procida represented the D.A.’s office before both the district and superior courts. She has handled hundreds of cases before the Massachusetts Trial Courts and has extensive trial experience.
She also worked in the Appellate Division of the Essex County District Attorney’s Office where she handled serious felony cases such as homcides, rapes, and drug trafficking cases before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court.
